We are blessed to have many committed individuals share their time and talents at BYC.
Counselors and program staff members are carefully selected
for their character, experience, personal testimony, and reputation.
BYC employs a full-time camp director, and during the season
BYC staff is comprised of both paid and volunteer positions.
The positions include an assistant director, a certified nurse, chefs,
maintenance staff, camp pastor, lifeguards, program director, and counselors.
Staff prepare to serve to the best of their abilities.

Adrian Munro

Adrian has been involved with BYC since he was a young boy. He was a camper for many years and has worked as a counselor, support roles, and has been the
Executive Director since 2000.

Adrian is a graduate of Gordon College, with a degree in Elementary Ed and Sociology.

He, his wife Amanda (BYC’s Waterfront Director)
and their children AyliGrace and Ason live
in Bar Harbor during the off-season.
